Glenn Karisch of Karisch Jonas Law has extensive mediation experience and has both represented participants in mediation and served as mediator.
When choosing a mediator, the parties can choose someone who has lots of experience mediating cases in many areas of the law, or the parties can choose someone with expertise in a particular area of the law. Glenn serves as mediator exclusively in estate, trust and guardianship disputes, and he brings his 35+ years of experience to the process to help find a solution.
Mediation has one goal -- resolving disputes. Glenn has the expertise and demeanor to help find a resolution to difficult estate, trust and guardianship problems.
